Printora is an AI-powered print-on-demand platform that lets you create, customize, and order unique products using advanced AI design generation. We combine cutting-edge AI technology with high-quality printing and fast fulfillment.

Do I need an account to order?

You can browse and generate designs as a guest, but creating an account is recommended to track orders, save designs, and earn VIP rewards with every purchase.

Is Printora free to use?

Yes! Browsing, creating designs, and ordering products is completely free. There are no subscription fees or monthly charges. You only pay for the products you order.

What products can I customize?

We offer t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tank tops, mugs, water bottles, posters, canvas prints, tote bags, stickers, phone cases, laptop sleeves, and keychains. All products use high-quality, single-layer printing for durability.

Orders & Checkout

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products or create a custom design using AI, select your product type, choose size and color, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay with credit card, PayPal, or cryptocurrency.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Orders can be edited or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before production begins. After this window, orders cannot be modified. Contact our support team immediately if you need changes.

What if I made a mistake in my order?

Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. If production hasn't started, we can update your order details. After production begins, we cannot make changes, but we offer easy returns if needed.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! Orders of 10+ items of the same design automatically receive volume discounts. VIP members also earn additional discounts based on their tier level (5-20% off all orders).

Can I order samples before bulk orders?

Absolutely! We recommend ordering 1-2 samples first to check quality and sizing before placing large orders. VIP members receive free sample shipping on orders over $50.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are produced within 2-5 business days and shipped within 7-10 business days total. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery (3-5 business days).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to over 150 countries worldwide. International shipping typically takes 10-15 business days. Customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

What if my order is late?

Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe. If your order is significantly delayed, contact our support team with your order number, and we'll investigate and provide an update or resolution.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50 in the US. VIP Gold tier members and above receive free shipping on all orders regardless of amount.

What payment methods do you accept?

What's your return and refund policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your order, contact us for a full refund or replacement. Issues due to printing defects or shipping damage are always covered at no cost to you.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Can I get a refund for custom designs?

Yes! Custom designs are covered under our satisfaction guarantee. If there's a printing quality issue or the product doesn't match expectations, we'll provide a refund or reprint.

How does AI design generation work?

Simply describe what you want (like "a cyberpunk cat in a neon city"), select your style preference (photorealistic, artistic, or cartoon), and our AI creates a unique design in seconds. You can generate multiple variations and customize any design.

Do I own the designs I create?

Yes! All designs you create using our AI tools belong to you. You can use them for personal or commercial purposes, sell products with your designs, and download them for use elsewhere.

Can I upload my own designs?

Absolutely! In addition to AI generation, you can upload your own images, logos, or artwork. We support PNG, JPG, and SVG formats. High-resolution images (300+ DPI) work best for printing.

How many designs can I generate?

There are no limits on design generation! Create as many designs as you want, experiment with different prompts and styles, and save your favorites to use later.

Can I edit AI-generated designs?

Yes! After generating a design, you can crop, resize, add text overlays, apply filters, and adjust colors. Our design editor makes it easy to perfect your creation before ordering.

What if I don't like the AI-generated design?

No problem! Simply regenerate with a different prompt or tweak your description. You can also adjust the style setting or try one of our three AI providers (each has a unique artistic style).

Selling & VIP

Can I sell my designs on Printora?

Yes! Create a free account, generate or upload your designs, apply them to products, set your prices, and start selling. You keep the majority of profits with our low platform fee (much lower than competitors).

How does the VIP loyalty program work?

Every purchase earns you VIP tier progress! Start at Bronze (5% off) and advance through 8 tiers up to Legend (20% off) based on your total spending. Higher tiers unlock exclusive discounts, early access to new products, free shipping, and special perks.

What are the VIP tiers?

Bronze (5% off), Silver (7% off), Gold (10% off, free shipping), Platinum (12% off), Diamond (15% off, priority support), Master (17% off), Grandmaster (18% off), and Legend (20% off, exclusive benefits).

How do I become an affiliate?

Join our affiliate program for free from your account dashboard. You'll get a unique referral link to share. Earn 10-20% commission on every sale from customers you refer, with real-time tracking and automated weekly or monthly payouts.

Creator earnings vary based on your pricing and sales volume. On average, creators earn $2,000+ annually. Top creators with strong social followings can earn $10,000-$50,000+ per year. You set your own profit margins.

Do I need to handle shipping or customer service?

No! We handle everything - production, printing, shipping, and customer service. You focus on creating great designs and promoting your products. We take care of the rest.
