Shipping coverage & supported countries / regions
Printora divides delivery destinations into three regions: US, EU, and ROW (Rest-of-World / other supported countries).
EU includes EU countries including Croatia (HR), Hungary (HU), Lithuania (LT), Latvia (LV), Poland (PL), Portugal (PT), Romania (RO), Slovakia (SK), Sweden (SE), Belgium (BE), Bulgaria (BG), Czech Republic (CZ), Germany (DE), Estonia (EE), Spain (ES), France (FR), Greece (GR), AUSTRIA (AT), Denmark (DK), Finland (FI), Ireland (IE), Malta (MT), Netherlands (NL), Slovenia (SI), Norway (NO), Israel (IL), Cyprus (CY), Luxembourg (LU), Italy (IT).
ROW includes many countries worldwide (almost global). See the full list of ROW countries below:

Some countries are explicitly excluded because of customs / delivery complications. Printora does not ship to the following countries:
Colombia, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Angola, Antigua & Barbuda, Argentina, Bahamas, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Barbados, Bolivia, Botswana, Brunei Darussalam, Cayman Islands, Djibouti, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Fiji, Ghana, Guatemala, Guinea, Honduras, Ivory Coast, Jamaica, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Mauritius, Mozambique, Nepal, Nigeria, North Macedonia, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Sri Lanka, Uzbekistan, Zambia, Philippines, Brazil, Turkey, Ecuador, Mexico.

After an order is placed, it may take up to 1β2 days for printing/processing before shipping begins.
β Printora aims to print and ship as quickly as possible β often same day if orders are processed fast.

Returns are generally not accepted for user error (undeliverable address, wrong size/color/design selected by buyer, wrong shipping address, etc.).
Common shipping problems (damage during transit, wrong item sent, lost packages, missing items) may occur. Printora estimates ~3%β5% packages may have issues.
If damage / wrong item / missing item / lost occurs, buyer should send proof (photos + label) and description. Once verified, Printora may reship the order (replacement) within 24 hours after verification.
Claims must be submitted within 30 days since the fulfillment cost is paid and order is fulfilled.
For worldwide orders: if after 60 business days since fulfillment the order is not delivered (due to Printora's fault), you may request a 100% base-cost refund for that order.
If the shipping issue is caused by buyer's error (wrong address, missing info, error selection) β then responsibility lies with buyer/seller (not Printora).
Printora provides a "Shipment Status" tab (in the user dashboard) showing orders & packages, with details:

Filter Options: You can filter packages by tracking status, date range, order number, external number, customer details, product titles/collections/tags, etc.
